If I want to return the product for incorrect purchase

Filtrocappa's returns policy allows you to rethink your purchase or return the item for a wrong purchase, without having to specify the reason, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the delivery date.

If the return complies with the conditions, you will be entitled to a refund of the price of the product (excluding shipping costs).

  • Packaging of Goods: Properly pack the goods in the original packaging, making sure to protect them with a sturdy shipping box. It uses padding material to guarantee the integrity of both the product and the original packaging, preventing it from being damaged during transport. If the goods arrive damaged due to insufficient or inadequate packaging, a refund will not be possible.Do not write directly on the original product packaging. All necessary information must be reported on the outer box.

  • Shipping Information: Write your name, surname, address and order number on a piece of paper as the sender.Indicate as recipient: Sintesi snc - Via dellavoro, 14 - 31013 Cimavilla di Codognè (TV) Italy. Attach the sheet to the outside of the package so that it is clearly visible.

  • Shipping: Send the package via post or courier according to your preferences. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Conditions of Returned Products: In order to proceed with the return due to change of mind or incorrect purchase, the products must be in perfect condition, as they were delivered.
    They must be returned in the original packaging, which must be intact and undamaged.
    All original labels, barcodes, stickers and accessories must be present and unaltered.
    The product must include everything that was originally in the package.
    The product must not show signs of use or damage.
    In the case of motors or electrical components, if these show burns or damage caused by incorrect connection, modifications, or artisanal attempts to adapt the product, the refund will not be issued.
    If the product does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to accept the return.

  • Refund: Within 14 days of receiving the goods, and only after the check has been successful, a refund will be issued with the same payment method used to complete the order. In case of payment on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.

  • Initial Verification and Notification: All products are carefully checked before shipment to avoid defects.

  • Inspection Process: Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection to confirm the presence of the defect. In the case of motors or electrical components, if these show burns or damage caused by incorrect connection, modifications, or artisanal attempts to adapt the product, the return will not be accepted.
  • Return Options:
    Replacement: You can request an identical replacement product (subject to availability).
    Refund: Alternatively, you can opt for a full refund of the purchase price.
    Shipping costs: The shipping costs for returning the defective product and for sending the replacement product will be paid by FiltroCappa.it.
  • Refund Times: Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receipt and verification of the returned product.

If the product is damaged due to transportation:

In the event that the items received are damaged due to transportation, please contact us via email at info@filtrocappa.it within 24 hours of receiving the package.

In your communication, include the order references and, if possible, images of the damage.
