Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination address and it is possible to preview them while you are proceeding with the purchase and before confirming the order.

We have updated our shipping conditions to ensure an even safer and more efficient service.

To guarantee that every order arrives in perfect condition, we use stronger boxes and high-quality packaging materials. This adjustment allows us to offer greater protection to products during transport, minimizing the risk of damage.

Shipping within Italy

• Free shipping for orders over €29, exclusively with pickup at a FermoPoint.

• For orders under €29, the shipping cost is €8.

• Home delivery always requires a shipping fee of €8, regardless of the order amount.

• Free insurance included on all orders, providing protection against transport-related damages, including hidden damage (e.g., products damaged despite the package being intact).

Shipping within Europe (we only ship to the countries listed)

Austria: €15 home delivery.

Germany: €15 with pickup at a FermoPoint or home delivery.

Croatia, Slovenia, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain: €15 with pickup at a FermoPoint.

Denmark, Malta, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom: €35 home delivery.

Note for Switzerland and the United Kingdom: The price is VAT-exempt, and customs may apply an import tax.

Times

Orders received will be processed within 24 hours of receiving payment, subject to availability of the ordered item. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or during Italian holidays will be processed starting from the first following working day.

The package will then be taken over by the courier who will deliver between the following 24 and 48 hours, barring problems due to the courier itself.

Once the goods have been delivered to the courier you will receive notification of the shipment and as soon as the tracking is available to follow the delivery phases online.

How does it work

FiltroCappa.it prepares the goods contained in the order and entrusts them to the courier.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

1. that the packaging is intact, not damaged or altered.

2. that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the Courier's accompanying document;

3. In case of discrepancies, they must be reported. The goods must in any case be checked within seven days of receiving them. Any hidden anomalies must be reported. Any report received after the aforementioned deadlines will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what he declares.
